General Store Policies
As with any online store, your satisfaction is very important to us. Because most of our customers are members of the Sang Martial Arts family around the world, we take special care to provide only high-quality products. In fact, many of the items offered are custom manufactured for our organization.
As members of our extended family, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing the check out process. All sales are final except in the case of manufacturer defects or incorrect fulfillment (e.g. incorrect size shipped).
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
Because of costs associated with credit card processing, we require a minimum order of US $20 plus shipping. All item prices are in US dollars, and current exchange rates will be calculated by your credit card company.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final except in the case of manufacturer defects or incorrect fulfillment (e.g. incorrect size shipped). In either case, we ask that you notify us by email at (orders@sangmartialarts.com) stating the issue with your order within 10 days of receipt. Please include your order number with your return request. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number).
For your return shipment, please include:

The defective or incorrect merchandise.
Upon receipt, we will promptly ship replacement merchandise and issue a credit for the cost of the return shipment.
We cannot accept any returns for certain items or any item that is received at our location more than 30 days after delivery to you. Exclusions are:

Shipping Policies
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. We will provide appropriate tracking numbers as needed to assist you with your claim.
USA ORDERS
All orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Shipping within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please contact us at (orders@sangmartialarts.com) if you would like to request a quote for expedited shipping.
Shipping estimates are calculated by the shopping cart system using standardized dimensional weights for each item ordered. Total shipping costs will be displayed in your cart prior to final checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Shipping. Please contact us at (orders@sangmartialarts.com) if you would like to request a quote for expedited shipping or larger bulk-rate shipping (minimum quantities will apply).

SALES TAX
Sales tax is calculated based upon current rates in Ponca City. Due to complexities involved, we cannot make adjustments to sales tax rates in enterprise and other special counties and municipalities.
