Hoshi-Ki Kai Karate was founded on the principle that someone can fulfill their dream by setting their goal to the highest point. Using the four key elements, “FOCUS”, “STRENGTH”, “BALANCE” and “HARMONY,” there is nothing that is impossible achieve. It takes discipline, perseverance, and willpower. Believe in yourself, have patience, be strong, and stay focused.

Discipline and respect are an important part of our training. Thus, there are certain formalities and procedures that we ask all students to follow.

Hoshi-Ki kai training is very demanding. You push yourself until you think you've reached your limit. First, your body wants to stop and give up, but your mind keeps pushing you. Then your mind will want to stop, but your spirit keeps you going. When you reach this point, you must fight yourself, your weaknesses, and you must win. To do this, you must endure the pain, you must learn to persevere, but above all, you must learn to be patient.

Hoshi-Ki Kai will help guide you to achieve and improve your self-discipline, self-esteem,  self-respect, and respect for others. It will also build good character, and help you work towards a healthier lifestyle.
